Dale Farm’s Kendal facility produces a wide range of fresh cultured dairy products and desserts for the UK retail, Food Service and Ingredients markets. Yogurt is supplied in both retailer own label and the Loseley brand. A full range of yogurts are supplied including Low Fat, Fat Free, Organic and indulgent Crème Fraiche products.
Trifles, cheesecakes and mousse products are produced in our own Dale Farm brand and for a number of retailers.
A range of soft cheeses, Cottage cheese, Cream cheese, Marscapone and Quarg are also produced for the Food Service, branded and Ingredient sectors.
