Our processing plant at Dunman is the largest milk processing site in N.Ireland and produces a comprehensive range of high quality cheeses and spray dried milk powders for major retail, Food Service and ingredient customers.
A variety of cheeses using white and coloured cheddar are produced and packed into a number of formats to suit all customer requirements.
Dromona Cheese is the number one locally produced cheddar and has been manufactured from 100% Northern Irish cow’s milk in Dunmanbridge at Cookstown for the past 30 years.
The range of powders includes both full cream and skimmed milk. The state of the art evaporation equipment also enables the site to produce specialist high heat stable powders for the food ingredients market.
